We have found through feedback that all our customers benefit first and foremost because we listen to their requirements: What they would like from the car, what their budget is and what timescale they would like the work done over. We can then estimate accordingly.

Depending on location we may make a nominal charge for home inspections to cover travelling time and expenses but the cost is credited to the customer’s account if we subsequently carry out work to the car.

We then prepare a written estimate of the possible cost involved and submit it to the customer. Once agreed the car can be booked in for the work to begin. If for any reason further work is required the agreement from the customer will always be sought before additional work is carried out.
